Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Free from signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, cosmetics, or alterations
Returned with all original packaging and included items
Safely packed for return shipping
Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number
For hygiene and quality reasons, jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse a return if the item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, or if it is returned damaged, incomplete, or without proper packaging.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Nera Pearl is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
We may withhold the refund until the returned item has been received and inspected, or until proof of return shipment has been provided.

Each freshwater pearl is naturally formed, which means slight variations in shape, size, surface, and tone may occur. These natural details are part of what makes every Nera Pearl piece unique and are not considered defects.
