At Nera Pearl, we want every piece to meet the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and timeless beauty. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Free from signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, cosmetics, or alterations

  • Returned with all original packaging and included items

  • Safely packed for return shipping

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number

For hygiene and quality reasons, jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse a return if the item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, or if it is returned damaged, incomplete, or altered.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The customer is responsible for safely packing and sending the returned item to our address in Poland.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Nera Pearl is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

  • Any paid shipping upgrades are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • We may withhold the refund until the returned item has been physically received and inspected at our address.

Natural Pearl Variations

Each freshwater pearl is naturally formed, which means slight variations in shape, size, surface, luster, and tone may occur. These natural details are part of what makes every Nera Pearl piece unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nerapearl.com with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will provide an immediate replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at contact@nerapearl.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
