Every Nera Pearl order is carefully prepared and packaged before shipment.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated Shipping Times

• United States: 3–8 business days after dispatch
• Canada: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Other destinations: 5–12 business days after dispatch

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Transit times are estimates and may vary by destination, local carrier network, customs processing, holidays, carrier volume, or circumstances beyond Nera Pearl’s control.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Carriers and Tracking

Orders are handled by selected logistics partners and local carriers in the destination country. Once your order ships, tracking details are sent by email. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

Duties, Taxes, and Local Fees

International shipments may be subject to duties, import taxes, or local fees unless these charges were collected at checkout. Where applicable, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Nera Pearl is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer.
