Welcome to Nera Pearl. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Throughout these Terms, “Nera Pearl,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the seller operating the Nera Pearl online store. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person using our website, browsing our products, or purchasing products from our store. Our website offers pearl jewelry, sterling silver jewelry, gold-plated sterling silver jewelry, accessories, and related products for retail sale.

Product Information

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, images, materials, dimensions, colors, finishes, and other product details. Because some of our products include genuine freshwater pearls, natural variations in shape, size, surface, tone, and luster may occur. These variations are part of the natural character of real pearls and do not constitute a defect. Sterling silver and gold-plated sterling silver may naturally change in appearance over time depending on wear, storage, skin type, humidity, cosmetics, perfumes, water exposure, and care routine. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and production batches.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided during checkout is accurate, complete, and up to date. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee final acceptance if there is a pricing error, product availability issue, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, payment issue, or another issue that prevents proper fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or incomplete shipping information. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, unless stated otherwise. The total cost of your order, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and discounts, will be shown before you complete your purchase. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer at checkout. Estimated order processing time is usually 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page or during checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier operations, customs procedures, peak periods, product availability, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Our general estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 2–8 business days

  • Europe: 2–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 5–12 business days

Nera Pearl offers complimentary standard shipping unless a different shipping method or shipping fee is clearly displayed at checkout before the order is placed. Products may be shipped from partner logistics facilities or warehouses depending on product availability and the delivery destination. The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Nera Pearl is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the Customer. If we become aware of a significant shipping delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide support. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes unless such charges have already been collected at checkout. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Customer.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and included items. For hygiene and quality reasons, jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Once a return is received, inspected, and approved at our address, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nerapearl.com. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging, if possible. Each case is reviewed individually. If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Product Care and Natural Wear

Customers are responsible for using and caring for products in accordance with their intended purpose and any care instructions provided. Nera Pearl is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, exposure to harsh chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, excessive moisture, improper storage, strong pulling, impact, or unauthorized modifications. Freshwater pearls are naturally formed and may show subtle variations in shape, surface, and tone. These details are part of their natural beauty and are not considered defects. Sterling silver may naturally darken or tarnish over time. This is a normal characteristic of silver and can usually be improved with gentle care and polishing using a suitable jewelry cloth.

Warranty

Certain products may be covered by a limited warranty or guarantee if clearly stated on the product page or in separate warranty materials. Unless stated otherwise, any warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, tarnishing, discoloration caused by external factors, natural pearl variations, damage caused by cosmetics or chemicals, or damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications. Warranty claims may be submitted by contacting contact@nerapearl.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, use the website for fraudulent purposes, or violate any applicable laws while using our website. We may restrict access to our website or cancel orders if we reasonably believe that a user is engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or state provide otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
